Refund policy

Refund request more than 24 hours in advance

We will issue a full refund of the amount paid, with the exception of the online theory course valued at 5,000 Baht per person, which remains your property and is non-transferable. However, a refund can only be processed and requested if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours prior to the trip or training course. Nevertheless, it is entirely possible to reschedule the training course or boat trip to another date, provided we are also notified at least 24 hours in advance.

Refund request less than 24 hours in advance

We will refund up to 50% of the total amount due for the trip or training course, with the exception of the online theory course valued at 5,000 Baht per person, which remains your property and is non-transferable. If the amount paid is less than 50% of the total amount, the balance remains due to Apo Dhatu Divers and the customer agrees to pay it.

Same-day refund request

For training courses, we will refund any activities that have not yet been completed, with the exception of the online theory course valued at 5,000 Baht per person, which remains your property and is non-transferable. If the amount paid is less than the cost of the activities already completed, the remaining balance is due to Apo Dhatu Divers and the customer agrees to pay it.

We do not offer refunds for day trips to sea. If the amount paid is less than the total cost of the day trip, the remaining balance is due to Apo Dhatu Divers and the customer agrees to pay it.
