Night diving in Koh Lanta is an extraordinary experience! Light beams in the dark bring a fantastic sense of excitement and adventure to the underwater world. Night dive in Koh Lanta, requires a high degree of coordination and skill; particular techniques, for which this course will prepare you. During the night dive training in Koh Lanta, you will do three dives and learn the correct techniques for night diving.
Topics covered include:
Planning, organization, procedures, techniques and dangers inherent in night diving.
Procedural tips for buoyancy control and communication.
Use of lamps and applications of the buddy system.
Procedures in case of loss of orientation or other emergency situations.
Peculiarities of the underwater world at night.
Night diving in the Adventures in Diving program may, at the discretion of your Instructor, be credited for this specialty.
PADI (Junior) Open Water Diver or higher, who are at least 12 years old, can enroll in the Night Diver specialty course.
